Customer service master class!
After seeing the gorgeous bunny prints online I placed an order for both. The framed prints arrived promptly but despite the careful packaging, the glass on one of them was cracked. I took a photo of the damage and emailed it through to Pop Motif’s customer service. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call from them apologising and advising that they would arrange a replacement ASAP. Sure enough I had the replacement framed print delivered within 24 HOURS! And a follow-up phone call a few days later to confirm everything was OK. Big thumbs up!

Top quality and stylish
The quality of the framed prints is exceptional. I never bothered getting things framed properly before and just bought frames off the shelf. You can really tell the difference, it looks super sleek. There are even wall protector pads on it! Pop Motif are a joy to deal with too, nothing was too much trouble and my prints arrived in a timely fashion and were perfectly packaged. Highly recommended.

I’m absolutely delighted with my beautifully presented Tintin framed print – it looks fantastic in my hallway. The packaging was careful and secure, the print quality and paper choice were first-class, and the framing itself was superb. Great print and framing
I had never thought to order art online before your ad popped up on Facebook. I found a print I love - 'Lily Pond Lane.' At first, I wasn't going to have it framed because it added a couple hundred dollars to the cost, but I'm so happy I did! The frame is great, and it also means I don't need to get it framed locally where it would cost in excess of $500. Your service is also wonderful: quick, friendly communication and fast delivery. The prints and framing are all top quality
I've moved into a new house and was seeking a range of artwork for my blank walls. I purchased art from a number of different stores and Pop Motif has been the best by far - in terms of acknowledging the order (including by phone) and having the product arrive really quickly. I ordered artwork from multiple stores on the same day and Pop Motif's work all arrived within days (& great quality), and almost a week later I am still waiting for anything else to arrive, and some of the stores haven't event acknowledged the order. If I could do it again, I would have ordered everything from Pop Motif! The prints and framing are all top quality.
